Wedding Planners International is the springboard to an exciting career where you can turn love into beautifully organized events.

Professional wedding planner (last start date September 16)

This vocational training course is designed to be completed in a time frame of approximately 10-12 months. During this period, participants are expected to spend an average of 4-8 hours per week on their studies. It is important to note that the study load may increase slightly when working on projects or concepts.


There are two notable projects within the course:


Internship project: This offers participants the opportunity to gain practical experience and apply their acquired knowledge in the real world.


Styled Shoot: This project allows participants to demonstrate their creative skills and work on the aesthetic aspects of wedding planning.


The training is divided into two workbooks: Wedding planning: This workbook focuses on developing subject-specific knowledge and skills required for planning and coordinating weddings.


Business/Entrepreneurship: Here the emphasis is on building entrepreneurial skills and knowledge to start and grow your own wedding planning business.


The maximum time to complete this training is 12 months, with the exception of the two projects.


It is an extensive and flexible program that offers participants the space to grow and develop at their own pace. Together with the support and guidance provided, this professional training will help you to be a successful wedding planner.

Step-by-step plan focused on talent and vision:

From the start of the training, a step-by-step plan is developed that is specifically tailored to the individual talents and vision of a participant. This can help to leverage each participant's strengths and develop their unique approach to wedding planning.


Support individually:

Individual support is offered, meaning participants receive personal guidance to improve their skills and knowledge.


Face to Face contact on location and/or by telephone/ZOOM:

This flexibility in communication options gives participants the opportunity to contact the trainer/coach in different ways, which can be useful depending on the participants' needs and preferences.


1 on 1 half day sessions:

This provides participants with extensive time for personal guidance and coaching, allowing them to receive in-depth support.


Choice SUMMIT, including all sessions/workshops:

Participants can benefit from discounts on additional sessions or workshops, which can help with continued professional development.The SUMMIT has 10 sessions/activities in the program from July 1, 2024.Choice Event Planning:* When developing your business plan, we focus in addition to weddings , on a wide range of event planning services, both for individuals and companies (B2B). Your vision includes offering exceptional party planning services for private events, as well as professional event planning for business meetings, conferences and corporate parties.


The emphasis is very much on personal development, both as a wedding planner and an entrepreneur, but with extra attention to individual needs and preferences. The adapted program focuses on a more in-depth and highly personalized learning experience. i
