Step into the vibrant world of Nina Worst, the creative force and enterprising spirit behind &WIJ Producties. Her journey began as a little girl, imbued with a natural talent for organizing events, from swimming four-day events to devising playful gym classes in the pool. It was clear that Nina's calling was to create memorable moments.

After graduating in 2015, Nina decided to follow her passion and start her own event management company. But this was just the beginning of her adventure. Her academic background in Media and Entertainment Management took her to internships at renowned artist management and booking agencies, and at the large-scale SAIL Amsterdam. These experiences served as building blocks for her own unique path.

What really sets Nina and &WIJ Producties apart is not only her talent, but also the extraordinary collective of freelancers she works with. This talented group of professionals not only shares her vision, but also makes it possible to tackle a wide range of projects internally. This way Nina keeps the lines short and the execution seamless.

Maxime Visser

Wedding planner / guest speaker / trainer

Imagine creativity and energy coming together in one passionate entrepreneur: Maxime, a busy bee who is always on the move. Her head is bursting with creative ideas, whether it's organizing events, redecorating her home, or moving the sofa to a new spot in the room – everything is carefully considered before she takes action.

In 2017, Maxime took her first steps as an entrepreneur, initially as a freelance dance teacher. Together with colleagues, she created enchanting shows in which students shined on stage. Behind the scenes she unknowingly grew into a seasoned stage and event manager. It was a world that was tailor-made for her.

The year 2018 brought a new passion into her life: wedding planning. Although some see it as a world of difference, Maxime discovered the many similarities. Whether it's perfecting a dance costume or creating the perfect setting for a wedding, Maxime approaches both with precision, love and attention to detail. For her, arranging light, sound and atmosphere is like a choreography in which everything flows seamlessly together.



And of course Maxime continues to work on her great passion every day: weddings and events. Because for her, new ideas keep flowing, and she likes to share them with the world. Maxime, the driven jack-of-all-trades who transforms every opportunity into a unique experience.

In 2006 she laid the foundations for her own institute, where she invests not only her soul, but also her boundless imagination in every participant she works with.

The institute, born from Daniëlle's dedication, is a breeding ground of talent and innovation. More than 80% of the professionals who hone their skills here have found their way through the vocational training courses of Wedding Planners International, which Daniëlle has built up with passion.
